iAVS app for iPhone and iPad

iAVS was created to allow the user to read AVS article content offline and to store articles locally. The application caches all content that it receives—it requires a wireless or wifi connection to initially obtain the content and subsequently to update that content. When you have navigated through the journals and are ready to download an article you may access them via your individual subscription, an institutional subscription (via IP authentication), or by using a pay per view account. If you like an article, save it locally to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Log on to your institutions wifi and open the iAVS app. Navigate through the journals and select the articles you are interested in. If your institution has access to the article the PDF will be displayed on the screen. If you wish to save the article for reading or research later click the “Save Locally” button. Now the PDF is saved on your device and may be read at anytime without needing a wireless or wifi connection.
